Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events and banquets, ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of each function.

Attire/Uniform:

Black long sleeve button up, collared shirt. Black slacks, black belt, black non-slip shoes.

Responsibilities:

- Set up banquet rooms as per event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next service
- Follow all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with event clean-up as needed

Skills:

- Experience in guest relations and providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food preparation and service techniques
- Culinary background or familiarity with hotel/restaurant banquet operations
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in banquet or restaurant settings is preferred
